It’s Turkey week and to start it off, we’ll get a small blast of cold temps after a cold front brings us cold rain on Sunday. The rain will most likely end Sunday night going into Monday, and the night time temps could drop down to the freezing point Sunday-Tuesday nights. On Wednesday, a low pressure system will begin to approach the area in the evening, which will keep the temps above 32 degrees(F). For Turkey day, we’ll likely get rain showers for a majority of the day, but the weekend should be mostly dry. The low pressure system will continue east and go out over the Atlantic Ocean, but a weak cold front could form behind it to the north on Saturday. Although the cold front will most likely not have any precipitation associated with it, there could be an isolated shower and it will be partly to mostly cloudy. Enjoy the holiday this week, and stay warm on those cool mornings!
